IMeBIO took part in ESCMID Global Congress 2025, a major international event in the field of clinical microbiology and infectious diseases, held in Vienna from April 11 to 15, 2025.
Organised by the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID), the congress brought together over 16,000 participants from around the world, confirming its status as a leading platform for global knowledge-sharing in public health.

IMeBIO was present with its fully operational mobile container laboratory, deployed on-site. The unit hosted hands-on microscopy workshops led by Claire Rogers from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (University of London).
Participants had the opportunity to explore real-life cases in blood and faecal parasitology, gaining practical experience in microscopic diagnosis — right at the heart of the event. 🔬
This presence allowed IMeBIO to demonstrate how its mobile lab solutions can effectively support diagnostic needs in field conditions, with flexibility, safety, and responsiveness.
A heartfelt thank you to the IMeBIO team, the organisers of the ESCMID Global Congress, and all those who visited our mobile lab and helped make this experience a great success.
